In this view the trees have been felled which dates it in the late 1940s.

This card was in production for an extended period. We believe that the image dates from around the 1900s but we have a version postmarked 1924.

The card on offer is on heavier stock and dates from around 1910.

A rare real photo card of Edwardian cars in the Long Walk in 1908 for a Royal Garden Party. Photo produced by T E Cochrane of 27 Queen's Road, Windsor.

Slightly faded.

Post marked July 31st 1908 and sent to Capt. Knight, SS Gordon Castle, c/o the agents in Algiers. The sender has observed the regulation that a message could only be included if the card was being sent to a UK address.

Edwardians stroll in the Long Walk in the early 1900s, perhaps on a Sunday afternoon. This view seems to be taken from the southern end of the avenue, by Snow Hill. A rare locally produced card.

This would have been a common sight in those days, with wooden hurdles set up to pen the sheep in different areas.

A rare Boots Cash Chemists 'Pelham' Series No. 1111, tinted postcard, the photo taken from one third the way along the Long Walk at the point where the road Old Windsor crosses the avenue.

It is possible that this card dates from 1907. The card is in virtually mint condition
